A.) No, there are no returns or exchanges for any products. All sales are final.

A.) Even though there are neither warranties nor returns on our products, Easy HVAC Products still considers its inventory to be of highest quality. Most of our inventory is in its original box. With that being said, if you are still concerned about any of the products, do not hesitate to contact us.

Q.) Are Scratch and Dent products safe to buy? Will they be reliable?
A.) Yes, Scratch and Dent products are safe and reliable. Those products have either been previously installed or the original box has been tampered with. Easy HVAC Products will inform you what the problem is with each product.
